Activations & guest experiences

Give people
a part to play.

Build an event moment people can join in, make their own and take away.

The guest is the subject

A fun moment.
A clip to keep.

We plan the space, lighting and camera move so guests can step in and help make the shot. You get a camera experience built around your event.

Talk about an activation

What is an activation?

Invite people
to take part.

An activation gives people something to do as part of your event or brand story. Their movement, gesture or choice can change the video, light, sound or display around them.

We start with what you want them to notice, feel or discover, then develop an interaction that supports it.

01 / Move

A space that responds.

Explore light or imagery that changes as people move through an environment.

02 / Discover

A story to explore.

Consider an interactive display that lets visitors choose what to see and discover next.

03 / Take part

A moment of their own.

A guest-camera experience can give each participant a personal moment and a finished clip.

These are starting points for your project. The format, interaction, space and deliverables are shaped around the occasion, audience and budget.

Ideas ↔ technology ↔ participation

Meg on activations

Turn an idea into
a moment people can join.

Meg is drawn to the moment someone realizes an experience is responding to them. A movement changes the light. A choice changes the screen. For her, taking part is what makes an activation interesting: people can explore and add something of their own.

As a producer and director who understands the tech, she starts with the audience and the goal. What should someone notice, feel or discover? Then she works through the way they could take part—a space that responds, a story to explore or a personal camera moment.

Glambot is an experience Meg still wants to step into whenever the team sets it up. That interest carries into her software work with Casey: making it more enjoyable for guests to use and making the finished clips more useful to clients.
