How we work

Know what
happens next.

A good video starts with a real conversation. We help shape the story, explain the choices and make a plan you can follow.

We scale the project to your budget and agree on the scope—what we’re making. You’ll know how we plan to shoot it, when you’ll see each version and what we need from your team along the way.

From the creative brief
to the finished video.

Your input shapes every stage.

How we’re different

Before we start

A few practical
questions.

A useful first conversation starts with what you know. We can work through the rest together.

Do we need a finished creative brief?

No. Bring the goal, the audience and whatever is already decided. We can help develop the creative, or work from an approved script and direction.

How do you plan around our budget?

We talk about the budget early so we can suggest a scope that fits it. The idea, locations, crew, shoot days and number of finished versions all affect the cost. We work through those choices with you.

Can you work with our agency or in-house team?

Yes. We can develop a project with you or contribute production and post within an existing creative team. We establish who is responsible for creative direction, approvals and supplied materials at the outset.

How are reviews and delivery planned?

We set dates for the shoot, your feedback, approvals and final delivery together. You know which versions, captions and formats you’ll get, and when. We also agree on when we need your materials and decisions.

What if filming happens at our office?

We talk through the space, people, setup and timing ahead of the shoot. You’ll know where we need to work and when. We plan around your day and treat your team and workplace with care.

What if the plan changes?

We talk through what a change means for the work, cost and dates before moving ahead. You can decide with a clear picture of the choices.
