02 / A separate Donatos production / How we worked
Test the shot before the shoot.
Test images gave Fechtor and Donatos something concrete to respond to before production. Two sets around Bolt let the food and set crew prepare the next setup while the camera filmed the other.
The team could refine the move, food and light as each shot was reset. The dressing was curdling. The crew also tested the pressure needed to move it through a specialty rig.
